Rosemary Chicken and potatoes
The dinner tonight that my three-year-old loves. Again, it's all finger foods. Chicken breast, baby carrots (I get the organic so there's no bleach on them), red potatoes, red peppers, garlic, rosemary (and onion if you have any- I'm out!) I doused that all with olive oil, salt and pepper, and it's cooking now at 375 for 45 minutes. What I love most about this dinner? It's all cooking together at the same time on one baking sheet, so its an easy clean up. Bon appetit!
